Selected Project Experience
Andrew McCall
With nearly $1 Billion in real estate finance transaction experience, Andrew brings a broad range of transaction expertise to Centerpoint’s already accomplished real estate services practice. Over the past three years, Andrew provided financial engineering solutions as a commercial mortgage broker with Churchill Capital Company where he delivered approximately $800 million in closed transactions during his tenure with an average transaction size of over $50 million.

Andrew’s banking experience is national in scope and covers all real estate asset classes and loan structures including development, reposition, and stabilized asset strategies. Locally, Mr. McCall provided financing for the marquee development known as Hillcrest Crossing. Andrew has provided both entrepreneurial and institutional grade debt and equity solutions for clients.

He is a graduate of the University of Texas with a BBS in Chemistry. After receiving an MBA at Baylor University with a focus on Real Estate Finance, he has focused on real estate finance and development. He and his family have lived in Dallas since 2005, where he has since been fully engaged in commercial real estate.
