A $12M conversaion of a warehouse in the heart of Boca Raton into a "one stop" medical destination housing physicians from a wide array of specialties, as well as an advanced imaging center. the first of its kind in the area, this facility is wholly owned by the physicians who practice there.

Rockwall Medical Center
In a fast-growing suburb of Dallas, Rockwall Medical Center is the centerpiece of a new regional medical destination. The facility’s anchor tenant, the nearby hospital, accounts for over a quarter of the space.

Baylor Medical Plaza at North Garland
Affiliated with the Baylor Medical System, this medical office building replaces an aging outpatient surgery center for the nearby hospital with a cutting-edge facility.

Baylor Medical Plaza at Heath
Affiliated with the Baylor Medical System, this medical office building brings much needed high-quality health care to a new, high-income suburb of Dallas. Anchored by a 14,000 square foot surgery center and a large multi-disciplinary practice, this state-of-the-art facility was fully leased months within opening.

Tyler Adams, LEED AP
Tyler has over ten years of experience in the design and construction management of commercial real estate, with experience in several product types such as medical, adaptive reuse, aviation, education, and office.
Tyler was a project manager at the largest dedicated healthcare architecture firm in Texas. Until 2005, he managed a considerable number of medical project including both ambulatory and in-patient care. As the primary manager for a large healthcare account, Tyler repeatedly managed the construction and licensing of numerous medical facilities in the greater southwest United States.
Throughout his career, Tyler has held responsible roles for many notable projects across the United States, particularly in the Dallas area including: Baylor Medical Center at Trophy Club, several Baylor Medical Plazas, Terminal D at D/FW International Airport , The Houston Convention Center Hotel and Convention Center Expansion, The Wilson Building Lofts, and numerous schools in the Frisco Independent School District.
