Why Choose Centerpoint
No Change Orders for Errors and Omissions

For our design-build clients, we take responsibility for a correct and accurate set of drawings. Any oversights are our problem, not yours.

Twice the Warranty

We offer a two year warranty - twice the industry average. We build better and stand behind our work.

Lower Cost of Architectural Design

On average, our design-build process saves our clients over 14% when compared to the Hard Bid process, as we eliminate redundant drawings and minimize changes.

Integrated Project Teams

By combining the skills of licensed architects and experienced construction personnel on all of our projects, our client benefits from a significantly more qualified team.

Better Technology = Better Coordination

Our state of the art Building Information Modeling (BIM) software yields fewer design conflicts and better communication with jobsite personnel. As a result, we have 40% less jobsite coordination issues than the industry average.

Our Process is Faster

Open for business faster, measured in weeks or even months. For a typical multifamily project, this could mean another $150,000 in rental income.

Financial Stability

A strong corporate balance sheet means our clients’ projects are not at risk of liens or delays from payment issues. Where required, our significant bonding capacity can be engaged to ensure payment and performance.

Green Building Expertise

For our clients who share our concern for sustainability, we are able to provide high-performance projects. Our LEED-accredited staff is ready to craft a design to meet your demands.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Prado is located directly across the street from the UT - San Antonio campus on UTSA Boulevard and directly adjacent to The Block, a new food truck court experience and patio bar. Prado was designed with Spanish-inspired architecture and will accommodate 498 students and a 6,000 square foot restaurant fronting UTSA Boulevard. The 4 and 5 story development will provide excellent views of campus and offer unit and community amenities not present in the marketplace today. With the incorporation of a ground floor restaurant, Prado will provide the UTSA community with their first true mixed-use living environment.
